Ralston senior running back Antonio Lowe rushed for 163 yards as the Rams opened the season with a 28-21 win over Beatrice Friday.

Lowe scored the go-ahead touchdown for Ralston, the Rams forced a Beatrice punt and drove down the field, converting two third downs to keep the clock running.

Beatrice forced Ralston to attempt a 42-yard field goal, which they missed. However, Beatrice quarterback Tanden Dorn threw an interception deep in Ralston territory and the Rams were able to run out the clock.

Ralston finished the game with 321 yards in total offense. Beatrice senior running back Daniel Davie had 12 carries for 94 yards and one touchdown, coming early to give Beatrice an early 7-0 lead.
