Pinnacle Bank scored 5 runs in the first inning and never looked back in the championship game of the Mike Peterson Legion Baseball tournament. The Lincoln Southwest-based squad added 6 runs in the 2nd inning, cruising to a 15-7 win over Union Bank (Lincoln Pius X).

Pinnacle Bank's Dain Sudik led the hit barrage going 4-for-5 with 4 RBI. He was a home run short of the cycle. Teammates Ryland Cotton and Tanner Lubach added 3 hits apiece. Junior Mark Korsakas hit a towering home run in the win.

Pinnacle Bank went 5-1 in the 3-day tournament. Pitcher/infielder Adam Peters was named the tournament's MVP.
