The Seward Bluejays won just one game last season, but they were facing the Class B defending state runner up, the Bluejays and the Orangemen had a great game Friday night.
The Seward Bluejays with a upset of Beatrice, who drops to 1-1 on the season, while the Bluejays improve to 1-1.
The Bluejays will face Waverly next week, while the Orangemen will travel to York.
