Gators Control Ball in 34-7 Win

North Star wanted to control the clock in their game against Lincoln Northeast Friday afternoon at Seacrest Field, and they did just that.
The Gators held the ball nearly 17 minutes in the first half and had the ball a total of 31:06 for the game.
North Star converted on third down seven times on its first two drives of the game and added two conversions on fourth down.
North Star running back Yusef Wade finished the game with 150 yards rushing. Quarterback Joe Hartley connected on his first nine passes for 110 yards.
The Gators finish the regular season with a 7-2 record and a trip to the state playoffs.
