It took Beatrice five sets, but the Lady Orange were finally able to put away the Titans of Norris in their District B-1 Semifinal match on Thursday.

Beatrice took set one 25-21, and looked sharp early in set two, but Norris forced the match to a decisive fifth set. The Lady Orange edged the Titans 15-10 in the final game.

Beatrice now advances to take on defending Class B State Champion Lincoln Pius X on Friday at 7 p.m. at Lincoln Southwest High School.
