Anderson Ford and JC Brager squared off Saturday morning in the Area A-5 Senior Legion Baseball Tournament at Sherman Field, with the winner claiming their spot in the state tournament.

JC Brager, comprised of players from Lincoln Southeast got out to the quick lead when Tanner Kirk had a two-run triple to take a 5-0 lead. That was part of a four-run inning for JC Brager.

In the bottom of the sixth inning, Anderson Ford took their first lead of the game when Preston Rasicky singled to left.

Brett Wurster cleared the bases a few batters later with a gap shot to the wall in the outfield. Anderson Ford defeats JC Brager 13-6 and advances to Sunday's championship game and clinches a spot in the state tournament.
