One of the finest organists in America grew up in the southeast corner of Nebraska. And he's back in the Cornhusker State sharing his love of music with children in his hometown.

The 33rd annual Cornhusker State Games officially began Friday at Lincoln’s Seacrest Field with the lighting of the caldron by ultra-marathon runner Pete Kostelnick.

The Lincoln Police Department and Lincoln Fire and Rescue want your blood, literally. The Battle of the Badges is asking the community to donate blood to the Nebraska Community Blood Bank and choose a side.
