Nebraska Governor Dave Heineman says the state's ethanol industry will bounce back from a several month slump.
Heineman toured Central City's plant Wednesday.
He says the industry has had a "bumpy ride," but "we're going to survive."
Heineman says corn-based ethanol will still be a part of Nebraska's economy 20 years from now.
