February Events:
  • Lincoln Heart Ball, Saturday, February 18: Brings community and philanthropic leaders together for an evening of fun and passion. Last year the American Heart Association's Heart Ball campaign raised just over $51 million nationwide.Learn more about the Lincoln event.
  • Team Jack Foundation Gala, Saturday, February 25: This year's sold out event features keynote speaker and NFL great Eric Berry, who fought and won his battle agains Hodgkin's lymphoma in 2014. Learn more about the Team Jack Foundation and the fight against pediatric brain cancer.
March Events:
  • Project SEARCH, Monday, March 27: Southeast Nebraska students with disabilities aged 16-21 have been invited to learn and practice important skills like self-advocacy, dressing for success, and interview skills. Candidates will be available for same day interviews and students in their senior year will be available to begin work following graduation in May.
June Events:
  • Can Care-a-Van, June 5-11: This will be the 30th Can Care-a-Van, a week-long food drive which benefits food pantries around the 10/11 viewing area. The event will kick off with a food drive in Lincoln on Friday, June 2, which benefits the Food Bank of Lincoln.
July Events:
  • Cornhusker State Games, June 21-30: This statewide amateur sports festival is open to all Nebraskans. The purpose is to provide top-quality competition in a wide range of activities and promote healthy lifestyles. Register and learn more at cornhuskerstategames.com.
