City Impact is a Lincoln program that works to improve the quality of life for kids through programs such as their leadership academy and reading programs. Monday night 10/11's Ken Siemek hosted their Hopes and Dreams Fundraiser. During the fundraiser a goal was announced to build a permanent home for the project.
