On your marks, get set, quack!
It's the pride of the small town—a three decade long tradition that shows no signs of dying down.
Every year, on the last Saturday of January, people from all around make the trip. Participants rent live ducks and waddle down a makeshift racetrack.
They all share one common goal—to be the first one to cross the finish line!
Saturday marked the 33rd Annual Quack-Off in Avoca, Nebraska.
Thousands of people gathered in Avoca to support a good cause.
The Quack-Off is not only a fun time, but also a fundraiser. All of the proceeds go to the Avoca Volunteer Fire Department.
