The birdhouses are on display in local community venues around the capital city until they will be sold at an auction at the end of the year. There are Husker birdhouses autographed by several Husker celebrities including Bo Pelini, Jon Cook and Connie Yori. There's also one signed by Larry the Cable Guy.
10/11s birdhouse was designed by 10/11 Cares members Audrey Stone, Nikki Bates and Stephanie McGowen. They entitled it 10/11 "Weathered" Birdhouse. It was decorated using the photo transfer technique and is autographed by the entire 10/11 weather team.
