Breaking a Sweat to Support our Soldiers

Area residents sweated to support our troops Saturday morning.
Good Life Fitness in Lincoln hosted Fitness for Freedom.
The event was a benefit for CAUSE, or Comfort for America's Uniformed Services.
It's an organization which helps the country's military wounded.
Participants could donate cash or personal items for soldiers recovering in hospital.
Governor Dave Heineman and General Roger Lempke were on hand to support the soldiers.
CAUSE organizes programs to promote recreation, relaxation and resiliency for soldiers still healing from battle wounds, including events like access to a digital entertainment library, gift packs and hospital game packs.
