KFRX Radio DJ Matt McKay is on a 12 hour carousel ride for a good cause.

It's called Carousel for Care 2012 and McKay says the marathon ride is to help raise money for Make-A-Wish Nebraska.

The goal for the 12/12/12 ride is to raise over $12,000 for the fund.

McKay will be at the Gateway Mall from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. encouraging mall-goers to help make wishes come true by donating $12 a month for 12 months.

Local Wish kids will be stopping by throughout the day.
