The University of Nebraska State Museum in Morrill Hall has prepared a new exhibit on evolution.
It is titled "Charlie & Kiwi's Evolutionary Adventure." It includes a story, displays and activities that introduce visitors to the basics of evolution, as seen through the eyes of a boy who is writing a report about the kiwi bird.
Young Charlie's adventure unfolds in a theater on a giant digital storybook screen, while an interactive component lets visitors speed up time.
The exhibit opens Wednesday and will be on display through Sept. 14.
