It's Quest for the Vets, hosted by Victory Quest in Lincoln.
The 5K run features 24 obstacles, mud and a lot of sweat.
But for these racers, it's not all about the slipping and sliding.
A portion of the proceeds benefit local veterans' organizations.
Participants say it's a great way to give back to our soldiers, while challenging themselves to push their limits.
The race had categories for men, women and teams.
There was also a 3/4 mile kid's race.
Organizers of the run say they hope to make Quest for the Vets an annual event.
