Desperate times and tight budgets are affecting many people's holiday spending this year. It's also affecting food donations to The Salvation Army. Last year The Salvation Army donated over 200 Thanksgiving food boxes to needy families. This year they only have 2 turkeys and enough other sides to provide 20 boxes.

If you're able to donate food for these boxes, you can drop it off at The Salvation Army at 2625 Potter Street in Lincoln between 9am and 4pm Monday - Friday.
