The holidays will be a little brighter for thousands of kids thanks to local law enforcement.
The LPD Santa Cop program delivered $30,000 worth of toys to the Center For People In Need Tuesday morning.
Workers are now hard at work sorting the toys by gender and age.
They'll be given out over the weekend to low-income families who might not be able to give gifts to their kids otherwise.
Families can still sign up to receive toys.
To qualify, they must be at 150% of the poverty level.
Volunteers are also needed this weekend to help distribute the toys.
