Aurora Public Schools middle and high schoolers will spend the day at the University of Lincoln Nebraska learning about international trade and how it plays into Nebraska's economy.
The students and their teachers will listen to lectures on international trade and protectionism.
They will hear from two university professors, Dr. Roger Butters, UNL Economics Faculty and President of the Nebraska Council on Economic Education and Dr. Eric Thompson, UNL Economics Department and Director, Bureau of Business Research.
Stan Garbacz, Nebraska Department of Agriculture, International Trade Representative will present a lecture "Nebraska and the World."
After lunch in the Union they will participate in a hands on trade simulation.
