10/11 anchor Vanessa Flowers is helping to make strides against breast cancer. She emceed the corporate campaign kickoff breakfast for the American Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk.

More than 300 potential team captains for Lincoln's largest breast cancer walk flooded the Cornhusker Marriott to learn more about how to form their teams and fight breast cancer.

Vanessa was joined by speakers from the event's sponsors. Last year's Making Strides had more than 5,000 participants who raised more than $210,000 in the fight against breast cancer.
