Over 100 volunteers are needed to make GOTR-Nebraska's first statewide 5k a success. More than 1,300 girls, parents and coaches from across the state will be running on UNL's East Campus on Saturday, May 12th. The run begins at 1pm, but volunteers are needed for set-up beginning at 8:30am through clean-up, which begins around 2:00pm.

Run buddies are needed to run with the girls and provide encouragement along the route, but if you're not a runner, there are lots of other positions needed from manning the water station, to cheering along the route, to setting up signs and banners, to handing out postrun snacks. If you have time, like kids and are looking for a volunteer opportunity there is a position for you.
