June Events:
  • Fresh Start Mini-Golf Tournament, Saturday, June 4: Enjoy one round of mini-golf, with a raffle and prizes! The event takes place from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Adventure Golf (5901 S. 56th St.) in Lincoln. All proceeds benefit Fresh Start. Registration is open until all spots are filled. The cost is $80 per team of four or $20 per individual. Register at freshstarthome.org
  • 10/11 Can Care-a-Van Kick Off, Friday, June 3: The annual 10/11 and NBC Nebraska Can Care-a-Van returns for a 29th year in June! Join us at Hy-Vee at 70th and Pioneers in Lincoln as we kick off this annual food drive around Nebraska. We will collect donations and broadcast live. All donations collected at Friday's event will benefit the Food Bank of Lincoln.
  • 10/11 and NBC Nebraska Can Care-a-Van, June 6-11: Join the 10/11 and NBC Nebraska News teams as we visit towns around Nebraska collecting donations for local food pantries. See the complete schedule here
  • Wine & Swine, Thursday, June 9: Enjoy great wine from James Arthur Vineyards, BBQ, a silent auction and more! The event starts at 6:00 p.m. and raises money for Relay For Life.
  • Relay For Life of Lancaster County, Saturday, June 18: The American Cancer Society Relay For Life movement is the world's largest and most impactful fundraising event to end cancer. Come celebrate survivors and raise money for research at the Relay For Life of Lancaster County in the Railyard from 4-10:30pm.
