Hastings Physical Therapy Spine, Sport & Extremity Center has been providing one-on-one, hands-on care since 2002. The staff of Hastings Physical Therapy is committed to helping patients meet their goals, providing the most up to date treatments available.
We offer both physical and occupational therapy. We have therapists specializing in comprehensive spine care, women's health, Parkinson's, sports injuries, work injuries and rehabilitation of the hand and arms.

We offer dry needling, myofascial release, comprehensive spine care, Graston soft tissue mobilization and numerous other benchmark treatments for both common and specific injuries and conditions. We will work with your doctor to meet your individual goals.

Our clinic provides a relaxed calm environment for achieving the highest level of care and recovery. Our clinic offers 2 spacious therapy gyms, seven comfortable treatment rooms, an occupational/hand therapy room and a wide variety of equipment. We have a heated therapy pool and private locker rooms and showers. Our location also comes with east access and convenient parking. This facility was designed especially for therapy treatment to provide privacy, easy access with maximum functional outcome. We are a freestanding clinic unlike any other in Hastings, NE.

Can I choose where I get physical therapy?
Yes! Patients have the right to choose where they want to go.

Does my insurance cover physical therapy?
Coverage may vary from plan to plan. At HPT we will verify coverage with your company.

How often do I have to go?
Treatment plans vary from patient to patient. On average we see patients 2-3 times per week for 4-6 weeks.

Does my doctor refer me?
While many patients are self-referred, some insurance plans require a referral from the Primary Care Physician.

Can I do some of the PT at home?
Yes! Home exercise plans are a part of most treatment plans.
