3 arrested after 29 pounds of pot found during traffic stop

LANCASTER COUNTY – The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office netted 29 pounds of marijuana during a traffic stop on Tuesday afternoon.

Around 3 p.m., deputies pulled over a Nissan Altima around Mile Marker 401, and contacted three 21-year-olds.

After a search of the vehicle, 29 pounds of marijuana, 2 ounces of THC shatter, hash oil, and THC wax were discovered.

LSO arrested Nicholas Pierson, Michael HInkemeyer, and Brendyn Bellars, all of Illinois.

The three were lodged for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and possession of paraphernalia.
