LINCOLN, Neb. August is just around the corner and that means students are getting geared up for the school year ahead. But not all kids have the luxury of a new back pack or a stack of note books each year. That's why the center for people in need is hosting their annual tools for education give away.

Low income families are welcome to stop by the center to pick up supplies for their little ones. Kids grades k through 12 were treated to plenty of supplies and a free back pack.

The center will be open until 3 p.m. today and will host another drive on Monday, august 1st from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. To find out how you can donate or if you qualify visit centerforpeopleinneed.org.
