CLAY CENTER, Neb. (KSNB) Formal charges were filed against an Ong man suspected of calling in a bomb threat to the Clay county courthouse last month.

Dylan Johnson, 19, is charged with felony terroristic threats and felony threatening the use of explosives. If convicted on both charges he could get up to five years in prison.

The bomb threat was made on June 27. The courthouse was evacuated and State Patrol bomb technicians conducted a search. No bomb was found. Court records show that a call from Johnson's phone number was made that morning in which the caller said he was going to "blow up" the courthouse.

Johnson's next court date is pending.
