At Sunrise Bakery in Beatrice, they rise long before the sun does to get everything ready for their hungry customers.

Clayton Replogle and his crew work up to 80 hours a week and they do it because good hard work is a Replogle family tradition.

Clayton proudly proclaims, "We've been doing it like this since 1917, this is the same way we did it back then."

This almost 40 year old is the fourth generation of Replogle men to run Sunrise Bakery, he says, "I have a ton of pride, I've got some big shoes to fill."
