Large fight breaks out at Lincoln Applebee's

LINCOLN, Neb. – Police are investigating a physical altercation between at least ten people at a Lincoln Applebee’s Bar and Grill on Monday night.

The incident happened around 10:40 p.m. at the Applebee’s located at 3951 N 27th Street.

Witnesses told police a group of people were sitting at the bar, and got into a verbal disagreement with a group of people sitting at a nearby table.

Police said members from both groups knew each other.

A short time later, car arrived at the location and more individuals came into the restaurant. That is when the fight began.

Witnesses said multiple trivia games were damaged after they were thrown during the fight, and one woman was seen holding the hand of a child while actively engaging in the altercation.

By the time police arrived, all suspects had left the scene. However, witnesses were able to get license plates of the vehicles they left in.

No arrests have been made, and Lincoln Police are asking anyone with information regarding the incident to contact authorities.
