Lincoln officials to give update on South Beltway Project

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Lincoln Mayor Chris Beutler, along with the City Council will give an update on plans for the South Beltway Project on Wednesday.

The cost of the project, including federal funds, is estimated at $300 million. That's about $20 million over the original budget.

Construction is scheduled to begin in 2020.

The update is set for 10 a.m.
