LUX Center hosts family friendly event

LINCOLN, Neb. Today the LUX Center for the Art's is hosting their annual Community Arts Afternoon. This year LUX teamed up with the University Place Business Association to host an even bigger event.

The event runs From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. there will be art vendors, food trucks, and live performance for the University Place Arts Festival. At 1 p.m. LUX will open its doors for a free family art event.

The Community Arts Afternoon will offer henna tattoos, face painting, tie-dye t-shirt, watercolor spin art, pendulum painting, and 3D printed rings.
