More victims identified from Tuesday accident

YORK, Neb. (KSNB) - York County officials have released the names of the two other people killed in a traffic accident Tuesday on Interstate 80 near York. All victims of the accident appear to have been living in, or have a connection to, Hastings.

A spokesperson in the York County Sheriff's Office says that Jesus Guiterrez Palma and Oscar Suarez were passengers in the vehicle and were killed in the accident. The sheriff's department official listed the two men as being from Colorado. However information in obituaries on the Apfel Funeral Home website list the men as living in Hastings. The website also says funerals will be at a later date in Mexico.

Earlier in the week, Alejandra Arellano-Galaz and Mario Suarez-Garcia were also identified as victims of the crash.

The crash was reported around 7:15 a.m. Tuesday between the Waco and Utica exits.

The four were in an eastbound pickup went out of control and crossed the median into the westbound lanes, striking a semitrailer. The big rig driver wasn't injured.
