HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - Hastings Police are investigating an odd vehicle theft Sunday morning.

Police said a semi-trailer holding $150,000 dollars worth of beef was outside the Nebraska Prime beef processing plant Sunday morning.

Surveillance video showed a pick-up pulling up to the trailer. A passenger got out of the pickup and into the tractor pulling the trailer and then drove off.

The odd thing is that the tractor-trailer and its load of beef were found three blocks away later that day. There was no damage to the vehicle and the beef was undamaged.

Hastings Police continue to investigate.
