Pumpkin Run moved to Seacrest Park

LINCOLN, Neb. -- Saturday’s (Oct. 7) Pumpkin Run has been moved to Seacrest Park at 70th & A Streets in Lincoln. The run was originally scheduled to take place at Pioneers Park, but heavy rains have rendered the Pioneers Park course unsafe and grass parking areas unusable. Those participating or attending the Pumpkin Run are asked to enter the Seacrest Parking Lot via A Street.

The timeline remains unchanged. Heats will be held every 20 minutes from 8:30 a.m. to 12:10 p.m. and are divided by grade and school size. More than 3,500 runners are registered. Information, including the new course map and other details, can be found HERE.
