LINCOLN, Neb. -- If you're ready to go shopping for the holidays, Thursday, November 17 is Lincoln's 10th annual Shop the Blocks.
Shop the Blocks falls on the third Thursday of every November -- giving holiday shoppers a special night out.
Not only will be there discounts at downtown store, but there is also music, food, giveaways and prizes.

An All-Access Pass is $7 in advance or $10 at the door. With the pass you receive:
• In-store discounts at over 15 downtown shops
• Pedal Pusher chauffeur service
• Appetizers from local restaurants & caterers
• Shopping Prizes
• Entry into the Single Barrel after party!

Check-in at the Single Barrel starts at 4:30 PM. Stores will stay open from 5:00 to 9:00 PM. The Single Barrel After Party starts at 9:00 PM and prize winners will be announced at 9:15 PM.

Another shopping event coming up in Lincoln is the Holiday Harvest Farmers Market.
The Holiday Harvest Farmers Market is hosted by the Old Cheney Road Farmers' Market along with Lone Tree Foods.
There will be three indoor markets this year -- Sunday, November 20, Sunday, December 4, and Sunday, December 18.
The market is from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Park Center Banquet Hall.

Dozens of vendors will be selling produce including: salad greens, swiss chard, kale, brussels sprouts, cabbage, turnips, beets, radishes, potatoes, onions, shallots, carrots, fresh herbs, sweet potatoes, parsnips, rutabagas, goat cheese truffles, fresh ginger, wild fruit jams and jellies.

You can also order products from local farmers online.
Place an order through the Holiday Harvest Farmers Market website from Saturday, December 10 at 12:00 PM to Tuesday, December 13 at 10:00 AM then pick up your order at the December 18 market.

Small Business Saturday is November 26 -- the Saturday between Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
This year will be Lincoln's seventh year hosting a Small Business Saturday promotion.
