Teen hit by car Saturday night

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - The condition of a 15-year-old Lincoln boy who was taken to the hospital after he was hit by a car over the weekend is still unknown.

Dylan Mava was transported to Bryan East after the crash on Saturday night.

According to the accident report, it happened at 17th and Antelope Valley around 7 p.m.

Police said the teen entered the eastbound crosswalk when northbound traffic had a green light.

The driver reported he tried to stop but hit the teen. The teen was not able to be interviewed because of a head injury.

The hospital said Monday morning that the teen was not listed as a patient at Bryan East or West.
