¼ cup canola oil
¼ cup honey
2 cups old fashioned oats
½ cup coconut flakes
½ cup pecans, chopped
½ cup dark chocolate chunks
DirectionsPreheat oven to 300 degrees.
In large bowl mix oats, coconut and pecans.
Mix in honey and oil.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and allow the granola to cool. The granola will get crispier as it cools.
Toss cooled granola with chocolate chunks and enjoy.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for up to 2 months.
