Former Husker Brandon Reilly promoted to NFL squad

Former Nebraska Cornhusker Wide Receiver Brandon Reilly has been promoted to the Buffalo Bills' 53-man roster.

Reilly, who graduated last year, has spent his entire rookie year on the Bills' practice squad after spending training camp and the preseason with the team.

The Lincoln native originally walked on at Nebraska before earning a scholarship his sophomore year.

Reilly finished his Nebraska career with 70 receptions for 1,275 yards and six touchdowns.
