Sherman County Sexual Assault Verdict

The verdict is in on a series of sexual assault incidents in Sherman County.
According to court records, 48-year old Charles Fieldgrove of Litchfield, Nebraska was found guilty Friday in Sherman County District Court in Loup City on four counts of First Degree Sexual Assault.
The records show the incidents involved a minor. Sentencing for Fieldgrove, who is being held in the Custer County jail, has been set for December 4 at 1 p.m.
