From Jay Vavricek for Mayor:
“I’m proud of my lifetime record of volunteer and elected public service to our community. As your former Mayor, I’ve helped to create jobs, attract new employers, cut property taxes and worked for greater government accountability and that is why I would be honored to serve again as your Mayor, said Vavricek.”
“As your next Mayor, I will work to make local government more responsive to the needs of taxpayers and to those that create jobs. We don’t need more taxes, we need more opportunity, good paying jobs, lower taxes and transparency in government decision making.”
“My focus as Mayor will be to protect taxpayer interests, create jobs for the people of our community, be a strong communicator, treat people with respect and dignity, insure safe neighborhoods and work to increase public trust in city government. Vavricek said.”
