Defending NAIA Champ Picked to Claim GPAC Men's Soccer Title

Defending NAIA National Champion Hastings, after posting a perfect 25-0 record in 2010, has been selected by the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) men’s soccer coaches’ as the favorite for the 2010 GPAC men’s soccer season.

The Bronco men, who won the GPAC last season with an 11-0 record, totaled 100 points and 10 first place votes in the poll. Doane was picked second with 90 votes and the final first place vote. Briar Cliff was third in the early season poll with 70 votes from the coaches.

The 2011 schedule will consist of 10 league games as all 11 league teams will compete for the conference crown.
