A Kearney man has been sentenced to two to three years in prison in a sexual assault case involving a teenage girl.
Luis Rocha-Acevedo was sentenced in November in Buffalo County District Court. After serving his sentence, he'll face deportation.
Rocha-Acevedo pleaded no contest in October to attempted first-degree sexual assault. He had faced up to 50 years in prison.
Rocha-Acevedo is accused in court documents of having sex with a
14-year-old girl in April in rural Buffalo County.
