A 21-year-old remains in Hall County Jail after a Sunday morning shooting.
Gatmag Koung faces charges of second degree assault, attempted first degree assault, and two counts of use of a firearm to commit a felony.
Grand Island police say the shooting happened near the El Diamante Night Club. Officer Butch Hurst says police were called to the area for a "large disturbance" shortly after 3:00 p.m.
"At the disturbance they found out that there was a female victim who was shot, and through an investigation it was determined there was a second victim," said Hurst.
Police say the female victim was shot in the leg and transported to Saint Francis Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
Hurst says the second victim was not hit, and it is unclear whether the bullet that caused the injury to the first victim was intended for the second victim or if another bullet was fired.
"I don't know if it was gang related at this time," he added. "The incident is still under investigation by our criminal division."
A neighbor to the night club - who wished to remain anonymous - said he heard gun shots and screaming around 4:00 a.m. Sunday.
He said by the time he looked out his window police were already on scene. He said the incident is scary since he has a family living right across the street.
