You Drink & Drive You Lose Crackdown

The Nebraska Office of Highway Safety is sponsoring a grant for up to $3,300 in overtime for the Kearney Police Department to take part in the “You Drink & Drive You Lose Crackdown”. This selective enforcement will be conducted from December 3, 2010 to January 1, 2011. Officers will be out in force, cracking down on Drinking and Driving Violations such as Minor in Possession, Open Container, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, and Minor DUI (60-6211.01).

As always, the Kearney Police Department is requesting that you obey all Nebraska Alcohol Laws. We also ask that you wear your seat belt and buckle up children and have a safe Holiday Season.
