Nomination letter by Kale Kleinschmidt, a 6th grader at Shickley Public School:

Mr. Rytych is an awesome teacher and person! He loves his job and every student the same. Mr. Rytych is ALWAYS at the school! He comes to school bright and early (6:30 a.m.) and leaves late (6:00 p.m.)!! He is a lot of fun and even plays with us at recess! He is very energetic and a very caring teacher. He has taught 51 years and is going to be retiring after this year. The inspiring thing about this is that ALL 51 years were in OUR school!! He challenges us to be better students and even better people!! He will be missed by everyone a lot and no one will ever fill his shoes!
