Two Men Arrested After Woman Threatened With Gun

Police arrest two men after they threaten a woman with a handgun on O Street in downtown Lincoln.

Around 2 a.m. Lincoln police officers were on 14th and O Street as bars were closing when a woman approached them saying she saw two men she knew threatening her with what she described as a black handgun.

After searching the downtown area, police located the two men who matched the woman's description between 13th and 14th streets.

The men took off running, but LPD said they were able to take both men into custody on 13th St.

LPD also said they found the black handgun described by the woman on the street where the men took off from police.

Ashlong Philemon, a 23-year-old transient was arrested for terroristic threats, use of a weapon to commit a felony, carrying a concealed weapon, and failure to comply.

Marshoul Philemon, also a 23-year-old transient, was arrested for failure to comply and terroristic threats.
