A Nebraska state trooper seized 255 pounds of marijuana during a traffic stop on Interstate 80 near Kearney in south-central Nebraska.
The State Patrol says the trooper stopped the car for speeding just after midnight Tuesday. While searching the car, the trooper found the pot in its trunk.
The driver, a 22-year-old from Yakima, Wash., was jailed on suspicion of possession with intent to deliver.
