Man Found Dead in House Fire
Orchard An elderly Orchard man is dead following a house fire in northeast Nebraska.

An elderly Orchard man is dead following a house fire in northeast Nebraska.
Antelope County Attorney Mike Long says firefighters responded to a farmstead fire Tuesday afternoon northwest of Orchard. Long says 84-year-old Gilbert Mosel died in the fire.
The Nebraska State Fire Marshal's office is investigating the cause of the fire.
Orchard is about 47 miles northwest of Norfolk.
Mosel's death came on the same day that another 84-year-old Nebraska man, Marvin Kruse, was found dead in a house fire near Tecumseh in southeast Nebraska.
