Man Gets Prison for Sexually Assaulting Girl
Plattsmouth A Cass County district judge has given a Murray man 1-2 years in prison for sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl.

A Cass County district judge has given a Murray man 1-2 years in prison for sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl.
Shawn Padgett of Murray had pleaded no contest to the felony charge.
Prosecutors say the 40-year-old Padgett had sex contact with the girl between August 2007 and April 2008.
After he is released, Padgett will have to register with the state as a sex offender.
