The trial of a Sutherland man accused of raping and killing his girlfriend's 4-year-old daughter has been delayed.
34-year-old Donald Lee was scheduled to go to trial on Tuesday, however Lincoln County District Judge John Murphy moved the trial to May 19th. The delay followed a series of motions filed by attorneys in the case and the delay of DNA results.
Lee is charged with first-degree murder and sexual assault in the death of Ashlynn Gamble on July 19.
