Woman Falls From Pickup, Critically Injured

An Omaha woman was injured when she fell from a moving pickup on Interstate 80 near Gretna.
Sarpy County sheriff's deputies say the woman was a passenger in the truck, which was traveling about 55 mph. The incident happened Friday evening.
Deputies were investigating whether the 40-year-old woman jumped or was pushed.
The woman's name has not been released.
Eastbound lanes of I-80 were briefly closed so a medical helicopter could land. The woman was flown to a hospital with critical injuries.
